Custom Promotional Products

Custom promotional products give your brand the chance to stand out at the moment of gift — a bespoke-shaped keyring, a Pantone-matched tote bag, a laser-engraved water bottle with your tagline, a custom-moulded stress ball. The trade-off is lead time (6–12 weeks for fully custom vs 2–4 weeks for branded stocked) and MOQ (typically higher for custom-shape or custom-colour runs).

The biggest mistake brands make with custom promotional products is over-customising the wrong item. Spend custom-development budget on the one item that earns the conversation — a signature keepsake for a brand anniversary, a custom-shape chocolate for a major product launch, a branded ceremonial object for a milestone. Keep the other items in your pack as standard-branded stocked products to control total cost and risk.

Common custom paths: custom-colour Pantone match (500–1,000 unit MOQ, +6–8 weeks), custom-shape moulding (1,000+ MOQ, +8–12 weeks), custom fabric or material (500 MOQ, +6–10 weeks), custom printing method or finish (case-by-case), fully bespoke design from scratch (expensive but delivers signature assets).

Pantone matching is the most common custom request. Our production team can match to ink-mixing Pantone references on most printable materials. Some materials (natural cotton, bamboo, leather) won't accept exact Pantone matches — we'll tell you up front what's achievable.

For packaging and presentation, custom gift boxes (printed, embossed, foil-stamped) turn standard items into premium gift experiences at relatively low incremental cost. Often better ROI than customising the item itself.
