Best for

Choose what's new if your moment is campaign launches that need to feel current, creative agencies mood-boarding client pitches or brand teams reordering annual programs.

Campaign launches that need to feel current

Brief us on the campaign mood and audience — our creative team will pull the three or four newest arrivals that match the register, with samples on your desk in 48 hours. New merchandise should feel current, useful and worth talking about.

Creative agencies mood-boarding client pitches

Ask for the latest What's New lookbook. We send quarterly edits curated by category — drinkware, bags, tech, eco, gifting — so your creative director can shortlist without scrolling the full thousands of.

Brand teams reordering annual programs

If your Christmas gift or conference pack has run three years, it's time for a refresh. We'll suggest a new-arrival swap that keeps the brand codes and updates the silhouette — elegant rather than effortful.

Events and activations with a tight window

Many new lines are stocked at our Sydney warehouse and branded in 1-4 business days. Fast can still feel thoughtful — ask which arrivals are rush-ready.

We asked the Sense2 team to show us something new for our spring launch and they came back with three pieces we'd never seen in the Australian market. The whole room paused. It made the campaign feel considered before we'd even briefed the creative.

Tamsin · Creative Director

Our annual Christmas gift had run four years running and felt tired. The new-arrival swap the Sense2 team suggested kept our brand codes beautifully and landed as the most commented-on gift our clients received that year. Delivery was a few days ahead of when we needed them.

Customers consistently rate Sense2 for bringing brand thinking and warmth to every project — from brief to launch, with delivery that always lands on time.

How to choose

The part we enjoy most about a New Arrivals brief is matching the product to the moment. Start with the campaign, not the catalogue — a new-season drink bottle in a muted sage colourway reads very differently to a mirror-finish stainless in the same silhouette, and the right one depends on the audience and the story. Our creative team lives for this part of the brief, so tell us the campaign mood and we'll shortlist four or five pieces with real conviction rather than sending the whole What's New grid. New doesn't always mean unfamiliar. Often the newest arrivals are classic silhouettes with a considered material upgrade — a rPET tote in a better weave, a ceramic mug with a softer matte glaze, a notebook with seeded-paper end-sheets, a powerbank in recycled aluminium. These pieces brief beautifully because they feel fresh without asking your audience to learn a new object. Ask for our current favourites in whichever category you're working in; we keep short-lists running per category. Branding method matters more on new products than on established ones. A new silhouette with a clumsy print loses its whole reason for being. Tone-on-tone deboss, laser engraving on metal and timber, edge-to-edge sublimation on rPET, and single-colour screen print in a restrained palette all let a new product keep its design integrity. Our in-house design studio will mock up the branding before you commit, so the proof shows the piece as it will actually land in your audience's hands. On MOQ and pricing: new arrivals often start at 50-100 units so we can test them with agency briefs before committing to deep stock. Stepped pricing from 100, 250, 500 and 1,000 is always available — ask for the full ladder. If a new item performs on your first launch, we'll hold it for your reorder and often negotiate better pricing once volume proves out. The most effective promotional items deliver the lowest cost per impression, and that maths only works when the creative brief is right. Finally — sample first. Always. Forty-eight hours from request to your desk, Australia-wide. Hold the weight, see the finish, feel the colour in your hand. That's when the decision makes itself.

Pricing guidance

New arrivals span the full catalogue, so pricing depends on the tier. Budget-tier new lines (pens, non-woven totes, keyrings, lanyards) sit around AU$1.95-$6 per unit at 100qty with 1-colour print. Mid-tier arrivals (canvas totes, ceramic mugs, notebooks, drink bottles, powerbanks) run AU$8-$28 at 100qty. Premium new pieces (genuine leather gifting, double-wall stainless drinkware, tech accessories) land at AU$35-$120+ at 100qty. Setup is AU$40-$85 per colour, once-off. Full-colour digital print adds AU$0.35-$0.80 per unit. Laser engraving is typically included or adds AU$1.50-$3 on metal and timber. Ask for a stepped quote across 100, 250, 500 and 1,000 — new lines drop 25-40% at volume.

Delivery across Australia

Delivered Australia-wide in 7-15 business days standard — Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart and Canberra daily. Many new lines are stocked at our Sydney warehouse and branded in 1-4 business days, with 3-5 day express available on 400+ SKUs for late briefs. Free shipping on orders over AU$500. We kit, split-ship to multiple venues or state offices, and run timed-release dispatch for launch windows at no extra handling.

Frequently asked questions

How often does Sense2 add new promotional products?

We refresh the What's New range fortnightly, with larger seasonal drops in spring and autumn from our international trend-sourcing partners. Our creative team travels the major European and Asian trade fairs so the newest silhouettes and materials reach our Australian agency clients before the wider market.

What's the minimum order on new arrivals?

Most new lines start at 50-100 units so we can test them with real agency briefs before committing to deep stock. Some start at 25 on pilot runs. For 500+ briefs, stepped pricing drops 25-40% off the 100-qty tier — ask for the full pricing ladder when you brief us.

How long do new promotional products take to produce and deliver?

Standard lead time is 7-15 business days from artwork approval. Many new core lines are stocked at our Sydney warehouse and branded in 1-4 business days, with 3-5 day express available on 400+ SKUs. For late briefs we can often courier same-week on decorated stock.

Can I see samples of new arrivals before I brief?

Yes. Free samples ship Australia-wide within 48 hours of request. For creative agencies and brand teams we also curate Trend Scout sample boxes — eight to ten current What's New pieces across categories, so your creative director can handle the range before shortlisting.

Are new arrivals available in eco-friendly or sustainable materials?

Many are. Our new merchandise intake prioritises rPET, FSC-certified paper, bamboo, PFAS-free drinkware, recycled aluminium and organic cotton. Sustainability, done credibly — recycled and renewable substrates with lower-ink packaging. Ask for our current eco new-arrivals edit.

Can you help match new products to our campaign creative?

That's the part we enjoy most. Brief our in-house design studio on the campaign mood, audience and colour story and we'll shortlist four or five new arrivals with real conviction, mock up the branding on each, and send pre-production samples before artwork lock. Creative vision into launch-ready reality.
